We carefully ,curate all activities and take great care in selecting high craftsmanship for all items that go into each and every Pink Burfi Box. However, if you find items are damaged or missing in your box please email support@pinkburfi.com immediately and and we will send a replacement activity kit. Please note that some activities are custom made for the boxes and it might not be possible for us to replace. However, we will find a way to make it right by you. Thank you for understanding.
